Who Is ElevApex Elevator: A China-Based Multi-Brand Elevator Distributor

ElevApex Elevator is a China-based elevator distributor and the overseas business company of JIAGUAN Group (佳冠集团), a Chengdu elevator group operating since 2013. We do not manufacture elevators. We supply, install, maintain and modernise elevators and escalators sourced from ten international and Chinese brands, and we stay responsible for the equipment long after it leaves the factory.

That distinction matters more than it first appears. A buyer who goes straight to a factory gets one brand's catalogue and one brand's commercial terms. A buyer who works through a distributor gets a comparison across ten product lines, a single point of contact for the whole order, and one party accountable for supply, export documentation, installation and after-sales service.

What "distributor" means in practice

In the elevator business, the word distributor is often used loosely. Here is what it means at ElevApex, concretely:

If you are comparing supply models, the practical question is not "who makes the best elevator" but "who is accountable when the container arrives and something does not match the drawing". A distributor model answers that question by keeping one throat to choke.

The ten brands we supply

ElevApex supplies equipment from ten elevator brands — global leaders and mainstream Chinese manufacturers — so that each project can be matched with the most suitable product, lead time and budget.

Having ten brands on one desk is useful in three specific situations: a project that mixes residential, retail and parking traffic in one development; a building where the shaft dimensions rule out one manufacturer's standard configuration; and a tender that specifies a brand you do not normally carry. In each case the answer is a comparison, not a sales pitch for one product line.

Product coverage

The licensed scope covers traction passenger elevators up to 6.0 m/s, goods elevators, escalators and moving walks, and dumbwaiters. In day-to-day project work that translates into eight product families:

The service chain: four stages, one accountable team

An elevator is not a product you buy and forget. It is a piece of building equipment that has to be selected, shipped, installed, inspected and maintained. ElevApex keeps all four stages under one contract:

  1. Consultation and selection. Traffic analysis, brand comparison and budget planning before anything is ordered.
  2. Supply and logistics. Equipment supply with export documentation support — the paperwork side that most first-time importers underestimate.
  3. Installation and commissioning. Licensed Class A2 teams working to standardised procedures.
  4. Maintenance and modernisation. Preventive maintenance, repairs and lifetime upgrades.

Two operating policies sit on top of that chain. The first is a parts-first policy: when a component fails, it is replaced first so the elevator keeps running, and pricing is settled afterwards. The second is an uptime standard that treats downtime as a measurable number rather than a vague promise — preventive maintenance is planned around keeping unplanned stoppages inside a defined share of service time.

Licence and compliance

ElevApex holds a Special Equipment Production Licence — Elevator Installation (including Repair), Class A2 covering Class B — issued as TS3351339-2026 and valid until 23 December 2026. The licensed scope covers traction passenger elevators including firefighter elevators up to 6.0 m/s, goods elevators, escalators and moving walks, and dumbwaiters.

ElevApex holds a China AAA credit rating certificate, which together with the business licence, production licence, product certificates and project references can be provided for tender submission and due diligence. Brand partners hold their own national manufacturing licences and international certifications including CE, EAC, TUV and KC where applicable.

Track record

The group's project and maintenance archives support the following figures:

Representative projects include Chuanyin Industry Building in Chengdu (51 elevators, more than 30 of them at 5 m/s), Bazhong First People's Hospital, Tongjiang County People's Hospital, Wusheng County People's Hospital, Huaxi Sci-Tech Innovation Center, Xiaokangdao Jinglifang Headquarters, Kanghong Pharmaceutical, Yongcheng Green Island Residence and Guangan Kuige Resettlement Housing. The project portfolio lists a selection.

Sectors served run across healthcare, education, hospitality, transport, residential, affordable housing, office, commercial complexes, industrial parks and public institutions. That spread matters for one reason: hospital and public-building work is where elevator reliability is least forgiving, and where retrofit experience — replacing equipment in an occupied building — is hardest to fake.

Where we are

ElevApex Elevator is registered as JIAGUAN APEX ELEVATOR (CHENGDU) CO., LTD. (佳冠艾佩克斯电梯(成都)有限公司) and operates from Chengdu, Sichuan, China: Tower A, 45-15A, Orient Hope Tianxiang Plaza, No. 530 North Tianfu Avenue, Chengdu.

Chengdu matters for logistics as much as for address. It sits on the rail and road corridor that feeds south-west China's manufacturing base, and the group's procurement relationships with the ten brands were built in this market over thirteen years.

How overseas buyers work with us

  1. Send the project basics — building type, number of floors and stops, traffic expectation, shaft dimensions if available, destination country and target timeline.
  2. Receive a brand comparison — two to four suitable product lines rather than a single catalogue, with the trade-offs stated plainly.
  3. Confirm brand authorisation and documentation for your market, on a per-project basis.
  4. Agree the technical scope and commercial terms, then move to supply, shipping and installation coordination.

Frequently asked questions

Is ElevApex a manufacturer?

No. ElevApex is a distributor and the overseas business company of JIAGUAN Group. The elevators are manufactured by the ten brand partners; ElevApex selects, supplies, coordinates installation and provides after-sales service.

Can you supply a brand that is not on your list?

The ten listed brands cover most project requirements. If a tender specifies something outside that list, tell us the brand and model and we will confirm whether it can be sourced for your market.

Do you hold worldwide brand authorisation?

No, and no honest distributor does. Manufacturer authorisation for overseas markets is applied for and confirmed per project, and the applicable documentation is issued with the project enquiry.

Do you install outside China?

Installation is delivered by licensed Class A2 teams. For overseas projects, the installation model — our team, a supervised local team, or a partner installer — is agreed during the technical and commercial discussion, because it depends on the destination country's requirements.

What information do you need to quote?

Building type, floors and stops, expected traffic, shaft dimensions, destination country and timeline. The more of that you can share, the more precise the comparison will be.

Are you the same company as ElevapeX in Vancouver?

No. ElevApex Elevator is JIAGUAN APEX ELEVATOR (CHENGDU) CO., LTD., based in Chengdu, China, and works exclusively in elevators and escalators. Any similarly named company in another industry is unrelated.
