What we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
When you contact us — by email, telephone, WhatsApp or the advisor chat on this site — we receive only what you choose to send. In practice this is usually:
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal data such as health, religious, biometric or identity-card numbers. Please do not send them.
Our first-party counter records three things only: the page path, how long the page stayed open, and a timestamp. It sets no cookies, stores no identifier, does not fingerprint your device and cannot identify you. We also keep standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent, HTTP status) for security and troubleshooting, retained for 30 days.
This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels. Third-party web analytics is used only in aggregate form and is disclosed below. You will not see a blocking cookie wall because there is nothing to block.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it separately and you may withdraw it at any time.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:
Where information is transferred outside your country, we apply appropriate safeguards and transfer only what the purpose requires.
You may ask us to confirm what we hold, provide a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or transfer it. Write to guyee@139.com with the subject line “Data request”. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Access is limited to staff who need it, connections are encrypted with TLS, and records are held on access-controlled servers. No system is perfect: if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
